KORRES Products Review

So I've been away from my blog for a couple weeks and had the pleasure of vacay-ing in Zante, Greece for one of those weeks. It was a totally chilled out week where I disconnected from my social world and relaxed. Whilst I was flying out I browsed the duty-free shop at the airport and came across the brand KORRES
I was instantly drawn by the packaging - clean, clear and 100% honest. Never have I come across a brand so black and white about what ingredients their products have and it intrigued me. Did I tell you that they are also vegan friendly and never test on animals? No, but I just did!!

korres beauty productsSo the first thing I picked up was this vanilla cinnamon body milk. The smell of this product is incredible. Like a warm cinnamon bun. It's nourishing to the skin when applied and is a light formula so doesn't take an age to dry. It's a great moisturiser! This particular product is 93% natural ingredients which is awesome.

Ok let me preach to you this wondrous product right here. Calling all oily skin sufferers - this is your saving grace. I kid you not, it is legit one of the best cleansers I have found for oily skin. Super gentle on the skin but really picks up the grease and dirt from your pores. I steam my face first to open up pores so that this cleanser can really sink in and then once all foamed up I rinse with a muslin cloth. Afterwards my face feels so fresh and firm. Like most of the range at Korres this is great for you skin and for the environment.

I gotta admit with this product I just LOVED the packaging. Isn't it gorgeous? This is the same body milk I featured above however this is vanilla freesia lychee. Lots of words but a lot of promise scent wise. The scent is what I would describe as sophisticated. I would 100% moisturise with this pre-date or if I was going our for dinner. I know it's a weird thing to admit but the scent is definitely an evening scent. That's all I can give you when it comes to explaining the scent as scratch 'n' sniff devices are not yet a thing.... soz..

Ok so now lets talk facial masks. I bought the watermelon revitalising mask and the pomegranate cleansing mask. Both in a small tube so perfect to take away or to use for an overnight stay. Both smell incredible as you would expect with watermelon and pomegranate and so refreshing when applied as directed. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the watermelon as it instantly refreshes my skin and smells incredible. The pomegranate mask is really good for getting rid of impurities and keeps my skin soft and is made for oily/combination skin. This mask is 91.1% natural. I'm not sure on the watermelon one though as it wasn't on the packaging and I can't locate the product on the website- sorry guys!

Last but not least of my haul was this multivitamin compact powder in the shade MVP1. It contains vitamin E and C which helps revitalise skin tone and help with skin pigmentation. The compact comes with a large mirror and a really good sized sponge applicator which all fits neatly together. The powder is great for touch ups and keeping the shiny face at bay and matte during the day. Again with this product I'm not sure on the exact percentage of natural ingredients but their website has a whole host of information for you to find out more.

Overall I'm super impressed with this KORRES. It is stocked in a few online retailers as well as Harvey Nichols and Liberty. I also found a few items in TK Maxx but there's no guarantee what products you might find!

Let me know if you've tried this brand as well as I'd love to know what you also think and if you have any recommendations :)

Thanks for reading xoxo
